How the Deposit Works
Your deposit is a non-refundable hold on your trip, separate from the session rate — the full rate is due in cash when I land in your city, on top of the deposit. It isn’t a fee, it’s a guarantee: my insurance you’re serious enough to fly me out, and your insurance I’ve cleared my calendar and I’m actually getting on that plane. Travel is separate from the rate, papi. Flights, hotel (4-star minimum, my own room), meals, ground transport and any activities are on you and paid upfront so I can book — travel coordination runs $400–$600 domestic or $800 international on top of the session rate. Give me at least a week’s notice for proper planning; last-minute is possible but limited.
